Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using machines, along with bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
