Donald Joseph Qualls, better known as DJ Qualls is an American actor, producer and fashion model. After becoming famous through his performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow He has appeared in more than 20 feature movies including The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 television shows, including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order as well as Law & Order. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma, which he was diagnosed with at the age of 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. Two years after treatment, his cancer is in the process of remission. The body of his was greatly affected by treatment, and his development was slowed down. Since he grew up in the poverty of his home, he longed to achieve financial stability. Interviewer stated that as he had lived so sparingly for such a long time, I needed the financial security to feel confident and at ease. In a conversation, he also reflects on his growing up. He is determined to end bullies. It breaks my heart when I hear what DJ says. DJ's dream role would be to be a father in reel as well as in real life. However, he does admit that the directors rarely make him the ideal choice for those kinds of characters. One day he'd like to be a father himself when he would be able to spend more time to his work and more time with his children.
